These bakeware pieces feature commercial weight heavy gauge steel with a dual layer non-stick coating, giving you great results with perfect crust and easy release. Pieces included in this set are one each: 9-inch round springform, 9-inch square springform, 12-inch loaf pan, 10-inch springform with two bases, 9-1/2 inch quiche pan, and 9-1/2 inch bundform, plus two 10-inch loaf pans and two 12-cup muffin pans. For perfect results, brush a thin layer of butter in the pans before using; this promotes even browning, great flavor and a beautiful crust.
